OH WOW! That's just super-spiffing excellent! If I had money I'd buy one! In fact I'd buy lots! Nice find there!

Another veggie here. Have been since I was eleven, although I ate a bite of a burger my mate bought from a burger van once a few years ago when I was very drunk and then threw up in some bushes. I didn't have a nosebleed though thankfully.

Whoo! We're swarming the board! Soon everything will be shades of green & the cursor will be carrot-shaped!

Haha.

Isn't it weird how I'm a ferocious vegetarian & yet Hilary is practically my favourite character? I'm sure there's something Freudian going on there. Do any other veggies just think Hilary is the coolest thing since sliced bread?

EDIT: Ooh yeah, I got accidently served a meat burger at a takeaway once & I was immediately sick after one bite. 'Tis very strange how your body just adapts.

I like Hilary too. I wouldn't say he's one of my favourites, but I do like his character.

People think it's strange that I'm a veggie, yet almost kill myself laughing at the various Chinnery-induced animal deaths.
Hmm, as you say, maybe something Freudian...

Oh, and regarding the burger, the exact same thing happened to me once. I didn't throw up but came very close. Now I can't even go into the kitchen when there's meat being cooked...even the smell makes me ill.

Hehe, yeah. Hilary is cool. Love those evil little looks. Also, I'm Jewish so I appreciate the joke in the name. :)

I remember beign around 11 or 12 and going to a friends house for tea. When I reminded her mum I was veggie she just stared at me and then asked if I ate chicken.

Voodoo Lady wrote:Heh heh, how do we even know that Special Stuff is actual meat? Just because Hilary is a butcher and everyone else thinks it's meat, doesn't mean it has to *actually* be from an animal. What if the special stuff is just a mixture of rubarb and beats? We don't really know. ;)
Very true. But that doesn't stop him selling cows, pigs & chickens on the side. :P

& oh Ye Gods! I HATE it when people ask "Do you eat chicken/fish?"

"NO! I AM A V-E-G-E-T-A-R-I-A-N!!!"
