Oh so sorry. I was meant to watch that but forgot it was on. Most stuff on channel 5 is piss poor anyway

Oh I watched that and though I loved a lot of the stuff that was there (a huge highlight being the Kenny Everett sketch as Rod Stewart with a gigantic ass that steadily keeps getting bigger and bigger as the song goes on!), where the hell was our lovely Gents eh? I think this was one more to do with the older, classic comedies. The one on Channel 4 was so much better though =D>

[despairs]

These "50 greatest..." shows never actually pick the fifty greatest. They should just rename it to "50 most well-known". Gar. It's bollocks. I love the Parrot Sketch as much as the next Python fan, but come on, we've all seen it 3729138 times & there are about twelfty billion others that are easily just as funny, if not funnier! :x

I know it's a bit late, but...

WHERE is Go Johnny Go Go Go Go? It is by far the Gents' best sketch, and their most famous (after Hello Dave).

Darn! I wish I'd have known it was on, could have taped it, and watched it for a third time and then over and over again!

Oh Well!! I watched the Magic Tricks one though! Not just for Reece honestly

Wooo! Cheers for the heads up. Is this the one where Reece wears the black top?

Me, Chez, Lauren and Laura hugged Teh Shearsmittts when he wore that

The Shearsmith looked ravishing. (Jel of you who have met him wearing that top.) Didn't watch it all as seen it before but caught all League bits apart from missed the start of Egregious which, by the way, should have been number 1. Number 1 League sketch and probably even number 1 sketch ever in my eyes! :)
