Richard on GMTV said it's probably the best thing so far this year and he's never seen as good acting on TV! So I might watch. I'll be dying to shave the beard off though! Maybe it's not all the way through?

I love the beard. I'll be sitting there wanting to run my fingers through it!

Can't wait to see Recovery.

He is by far one of the best actors on television. His range is so diverse, he is fantastic.

He is uber sexy with that beard. Yum.

For me, he's just as great as Ecclescakes! :D He has that way of going from someone very funny to someone completely depressed at a click of a finger.

I think seeing Tennant cry has broken my heart. God, I luff him. Even when with a beard.

Even though I am obviously extremely biased, Tennant really does astound me as an actor sometimes.

My gran has Alzheimer's, which is basically a detorioration of your brain matter & it causes you to forget what was said to you three seconds ago (aswell as huge things as how to swallow food), not be able to put simple facts together to reach a conclusion, not understand basic human behaviour. It basically robs you of your humanity, & Tennant's performance really reduced me to a blubbering baby because I saw so much of my nan in him when she was in her early stages (she's now completely bed-bound because she's forgotten how to walk).

The bit when he was trying to make the toast - it was just so perfect. The way he tried to mop up the milk with the newspaper & got really, really frustrated... I was crying my eyes out.

Tennant; you are amazing & we luff you.

Recovery was an incredible programme. David Tennant is a phenomonal actor, and he was absolutely fantastic in this.

It was absolutely heartbreaking :(

It was heart-rending and David was amazing. I even grew to quite like the beard! Sarah was great too. What a fantastic drama. Broke my heart. It was a good ending too.

My nan has dementia so i know what your saying hun, she's now in a home and can't walk anymore because she too has forgotten. Its horrible seeing someone loosing/loose their mind.

I too cried about 4 or 5 times off and on, one of them when he had Paul Weller playing and he cried "what if i can't make you happy?". He was so so good. Possibly one of my fave performances next to to Ecclecake when he portrayed a son who had parents with dementia and they had no idea they had concieved a son. That too had me in tears.
