As someone who has only just seen the finale of season 1, and also someone who has avoided all spoilers of all things Heroes, can I just ask one question?
Is Peter in season 2?

Ithankyou.

Oh thank the good lord!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I hope he doesn't have a beard like Nathan's....

Also, did anyone just watch the hour long review thingy of Heroes on BBC3, with celebs talking about their favorite bits etc.
It's like Mohinder didn't exist! They mentioned, and showed clips, and talked about (at length) every single character but him.

It was just weird.

I know some other people who are annoyed by Mohinder. Not helped by the slightly overly long and annoying narratory bits he keeps getting given, I expect.

But I love him so much! And I love his accent :) I wish it was his real one, cos then he'd be English.

Argh! I loved the season finale eps! I loved how everything was tied up and they all brought together. It was fab! However, I have an issue with the ending. If Nathan was gonna take Peter up and they both die, why not let Claire kill him? That way Nathan wouldn't die too. If you're worried about the effect that would have on her then why didn't she just give him the gun so he could kill himself? And as Hugh Dennis said on that BBC 3 programme afterwards, Peter can already fly so doesn't need Nathan to carry him. I don't accept that he was too weak or anything as he looked fine to me. Presumably the answer is they find a way not to die through what they did. Obviously so, given the clips shown of season 2 on the BBC 3 prog after and PNW's reply to LFF. But it better be well explained ie Nathan knew they could survive or it doesn't make sense.

So anyway, did the announcer say it would be back in February (and Torchwood would start in January)?! :D

Yeah. Reminiscent of Magneto though I thought. 'Boom!' Heehee!

Astrid - I just thought they were valuable artworks generally ie no special significance apart from Issac's. You're probably right though.

What did everyone think of the first episode of the new series? I thought it was ok. The new characters Maja and Alejandro seem interesting. I really don't like Nathan with a beard :( I liked Hiro in 17th century Japan. Peter Petrelli tied to that chair :D  Liking that very much :)

BBC Three episode:
More of Peter topless and tied to a chair. Then topless and not tied to a chair. I liked that there were more paintings by Issac. I liked Issac. I miss him. I flinched when Claire cut her toes off. Yuk!

Quite fast pace and looked as if they were cramming everything in but seemed good though :)

I'm enjoying watching series 2 of Heroes much more on a second viewing on proper telly (rather than on a pc). Maya sucks donkey balls though.
And I'll stay here till the trail's cold and return again with my meaty gold
You want it! You can't get enough of Hilary Briss and his special stuff...
