Although that hasn't happened to me I understand about previous occupants doing terrible cheap DIY! My house is such a mess in that sense.

Actually it *is* sorta funny.

I've got my dad's now. A proper "man's hammer". That should do the trick.

I once saw one with a man who complained that the (really rather nice and expensive looking) laminate flooring was "So 2001..."

If they can afford half of the houses that they're shown you'd think they could afford to decorate it....

I have been deeply betrayed by one friend who I trusted beyond all others and worse, after believing something he'd said, blamed and shouted at another friend for something they didn't actually do.

I don't really know who to trust at the minute.

Meh, I was so excited that they're repeating the Viva Moz clubnight tonight cos I missed the first one... then discovered it was actually last night! Bloody London Paper getting everything wrong. :(

New ebay layout is ridiculous. This is the second time I've removed stuff thats ended from my watched list & the next time I log in everything from my watch list is gone. Bastards.

I agree,my ebay is now so difficult to see what is going on and what is sold and what isn't. It's like facebook, why do they have to keep changing these things. :(

My old Area Manager who I worked for before my currant place has rung up about three times in as many weeks to tell me there is a catering managers job in Banbury ( he seemed keen I do it).The money is ok, but it's 40 miles away and thats just too far even with the extra money. I told him I'd like something in Oxford.

I KNOW there is a Catering Manager's job in Oxford, as I know the Manager who has just left and it is one under my old bosses remit.

I asked him if there was anything local ( he doesn't know I know that this one above is is up for grabs) and he said point blank no, So I looked at our internal vacancies and there is the job, exactly the same position/money as the one at Banbury and you have to apply to him.

I'm livid.I'm ok Im alright for the one at Banbury cos its so far away and no one wants to do it and not considered for this one locally because someone is lined up for it. I emailed him and asked him what the crack is.

Bah!

ugh I know how infuriating that is. Before we moved flats, we used to be connected to upstairs via air vents and every time we went to have a bath it just smelt AWFUL because the smell had got down to us. It felt like you couldn't breathe and it was really embarassing whenever anyone visited.

And any attempts to mask it tend to make it worse. And opening windows just lets the smell in even more so it's a no-win situation

I may have appendicitis. Am on fluids, awaiting my fate. Luckily, pain seems to have receded somewhat. Could just be gastroentrititititis.

Fingers crossed it's just a crippling stomach bug, eh?
Hello my darling it's me again. Where are you?

It could get funnier if we keep doing it.

Kitten! It sounds awful for you. Be glad you aren't stuck on LOST island or Juliet and the dentist from Wolfram and Hart would have to take it out. Yikes! :)

Get well soon, my lovely. xxx
