 That was the longest 'haha' I've ever SEEN!

Greg Evigan was my favourite bit. So I like that I loved Mark even before I knew who he was...

Awwww.

Bugger, what is the topic? Right, famous people. Um, oh, someone a mate works with was recently on Eastenders - he was the Granny-basher who's friends with Julie?

My favourite sketch was one where Anthony Hopkins wrote letters to his co-stars Debra Winger and Emma thompson and they were respectful at first (like Shadowlands and Remains fo the Day) and then they went really pervy!! "i am winking as i write this!"

i thought for ages that it was Rob Brydon who did the voice of Hopkins but it was none other than our very own Mark Gatiss!!! I was so pleased when i found that out!!

Oh my god!!!
I didn't know that!!
The surprises just keep on coming don't they?

That was a great sketch. The sort of line you carry on saying to your friends for years afterwards and can't even remember where it's from.

You know the sketches with Rod Hull?
My brother had to participate in the school fun run and he didn't know who to go as. I had stolen a mannequin hand from the drama room and was having a laugh saying "I am Rod Hull, I am him", and so my brother decided to go as Rod Hull.
To enter the fun run you had to be in a team of 5, so my brother and his friends all made fake chins, had fake hands and ran with bowls of 'green jelly'. The school had no idea what was going on.

Thinking of changing this topic's title to, "What the heck are they on about?!"

This probably won't help, but here is a picture of the Rod Hull sketch.

Thanks for that Laura! Nearly chocked on my water and died, but hey. I will be emailing the pic to my brother - remind him of his school days.

Wayne Knight (Seinfeld, 3rd Rock From the Sun) was at the grocery store the other day. :)

Yeah, apparently he lives in my neighborhood. I run into him every few months or so.

Whilst at convention on Sunday we went for trip to the national trust village of laycock to look at the Abbey(used in filming) and we saw Harry Enfield with his family!

One wag shouted,"You don't want to do it like that!"

See, I don't understand that, the whole shouting out quotes at the actors who said them thing. I put these people in the same class as w*nkers who shout, "Hey baby!" at passing women. Grow some balls and approach the person properly, or just leave them alone. Yelling random quotes at them just seems cowardly and rude to me. =grump=
