I don't think there is one, but if you want to start one, then feel free.

I LOVE Vic and Bob! Still have all my old tapes of Big Night Out. In the 90's I saw them live twice oop here in't Narth (Newcastle), and once in London (they'd sold out up here at the time and I HAD to see them! Bob slipped on a tomato during NovELty Island and really hurt his leg, but he still pissed himself laughing - just like everyone else did  ).

My faves were The Stotts, The Living Carpets, The Man with the Stick, Lister, and Judge Nutmeg... "spin, spin, spin the wheel of justice, see how fast the bastard turns!"

I still have Vic's "I Will Cure You" album (on vinyl, at that)... might give it a spin later for old time's sake :D .

Rightio hun! :) I just thought I'd ask aswell as searching first because the searches give me results I didn't ask for. Don't wanna get shouted at/ make more work for the mods you see... :D
I LOVE Vic and Bob! Still have all my old tapes of Big Night Out.
Hehe, yeah the reason I asked today was because I was helping my Mum clear out some stuff out of her closet this morning & we found mine & my sister's old tapes of The Smell of R & M. :D :D :D
I couldn't believe it! They've been lost for nearly 10 years! Me & my sis were so made up. They're abit battered but definately watchable.
& OMG the memories... Uncle Peter, Slade in Residence, That Dog puppet thing (Gregory, was it?). I even had a tiny weeny crush on Bob at the time.... What? I was only young!
Oh, it was great watching it all again though.
To think that I was only about 6 when I last watched it... :(
Come to think of it, I watched alot of mad things when I was a kid, Vic 'N' Bob, Sean's Show, even Laurel & Hardy films...
It explains alot...

Phffft! I still do...a bit :D

Ahh I bought this DVD as it was on BOGOF in HMV, I only vaguely remember seeing bits of it, was too young at time to go and see them I think-would have loved to though. I've watched a few episodes and it's brilliant- Donald and Davey Stott are my favourites, though I remember them more from Smell Of...or was it Bang Bang? Me and my friend used to quote Smell Of all the time at school (scurries to appropriate thread....)

Ahh!! I love Big Night Out. This is the thread for me!

I purchased this Dvd of delectable wonderment a couple of months ago and it's just spectacular. I love Wavey Davey, the man with the stick, Novelty Island, Graham Lister and everyone else. It's fab. It's just weird enough to keep my interest. My older sister introduced me to it a while back because she had it taped off the TV but i was made up when they brought it out on DVD. Does anybody know whether they've brought or are bringing The Smell of Reeves and Mortimer out on Dvd at some point?

There's a TV show all about Vic and Bob and how they've affected British comedy on BBC3 in er, about 10 minutes.

Slightly short notice, but there we are.

maybe it's repeated..... :?
