I'm so glad R&M are coming back - I've been a fan since Big Night Out's first broadcast. Bob is especially missed IMO. Apparently he can't work as much as he likes due to his problems with severe arthritis. I hope he is in good spirits and health - my dad has similar problems.

Anyway - more R&M!

There should be much more of them on tv nowadays, with all the crap thats on! I was only 4 when 'Big night out' started and only got into it when the DVD came out. 'Shooting Stars' and 'Smell of' have always been me favorites.

I always loved Jim when I was younger, but now I'm older I've realised that Bob is the funniest of the two. :D

Bob's organ has me in stitches no matter how many times I watch it.

It really was :D

I forgot how funny Matt Lucas was (the last series of little britain and little britain USA sort of killed my love for Lucas and walliams :( ). The show was really funny and the documentary was fantastic. Vic and Bob are still very funny.

Vic and Bob are really funny still. its a shame they really haven't had a showcase in recent years to do the sort of shows they do best..

Maybe last nights Shooting Stars will kickstart their revival!

I enjoyed the documentary much more so than the actual show. Funnily, the documentary reminded me how great the show was (not that I needed reminding) but the show reminded me how it could actually be a little boring at times. Shame. I think that's because some of the 'jokes' I don't find funny. But the ones I do are great. It's a great show anyway overall. The peanut song continues to be one of the funniest things ever put on film. I will never not laugh at that. I loved his new song too. Does Matt write the songs? He has a great talent for making funny songs up if so!

I loved Noel's comment at the start about how his mum fancied Bob. Of course! Doesn't everyone? :D

I had posters of Vic and Bob on my wall (they used to put them in Big and Smash Hits). I really fancied them growing up. I still do actually :D

Did they release born free as a single? I know I've got an album somewhere.

Yep. They also did Fast Show posters and i remember a kevin the teenager poster from Harry Enfield. I don't think they do things like that anymore in teen mags (not that i read any!)

That's it, how could forget that one with years of going to ice hockey matches and that playing out during the stops in play. Wasn't it with E.M.F?

Big! Haha! I totally forgot about that magazine! Loved it. Nothing beat Smash Hits though. Sorry, bit off topic!
